What is a tenant representative and what do they do?

As a Tenant Representative, I help companies solve their commercial real estate needs – whether you need new space, more space, less space, lease renewals, relocations or sublease excess space.

How much will it cost me?

You will get a trusted advisor to do all the work while you focus on building your business.  There is no fee – my brokerage participates in the commission paid by the landlord.

How can I be sure I’m getting the best deal?

I know the market and have relentless negotiating skills. Landlords always call me back. And there is no conflict of interest since I only represent you, not the landlord.

Why should I use a tenant rep instead of going directly to the landlord?

Failing to engage professional tenant representation significantly increases the landlord’s leverage.  No matter how nice they are, you are negotiating with someone that is in the business of leasing office space at the highest rate the market will bear.
