A cybersecurity team I spoke with recently said something that stuck with me.
“We don’t need a nice office. We need a secure one.”

ToggleThat’s the difference during the Olympics.
If your team is supporting operations near SoFi Stadium, your office isn’t just a workspace. It’s part of your infrastructure.
And most standard office listings don’t account for that.
Here’s what cybersecurity and IT operations teams are actually looking for heading into LA 2028:
- Buildings with strong, redundant internet connectivity
- Spaces where server equipment can be supported
- Controlled access and secure entry points
- The ability to operate 24/7 without disruption
El Segundo and Inglewood have become two of the most talked-about submarkets for this reason.
You’re close to the stadium, close to LAX, and in areas where newer buildings can better support technical requirements.
But there’s a warning.
A lot of the “available” short-term space being marketed right now is more suited for general office users.
Open layouts. Shared environments. Limited control.
That doesn’t always work for cybersecurity teams.
One group I worked with assumed coworking space would be the easiest solution. On paper, it made sense.
In reality, it created too many unknowns around security and infrastructure.
We ended up shifting them into a smaller private office suite in El Segundo that gave them full control over their environment.
It wasn’t the biggest space, but it worked.
That’s usually the tradeoff.
Control over size.
Security over convenience.
If your team is planning to support Olympic operations, it’s worth thinking through:
- Do you need dedicated server space?
- How critical is physical security vs. location?
- Will your team be operating around the clock?
Because the right space for a cybersecurity team looks very different from what most people picture when they hear “office.”
And the closer we get to 2028, the fewer of those specific spaces will be available.
If you’re starting to explore options near SoFi Stadium, I can help you narrow down buildings that actually support how your team works, not just what looks good in a brochure.

I’ve always been someone who reads the room.
It started in live television, where timing was everything and silence usually meant something was on fire. With years of experience behind the scenes in TV production, I learned how to stay calm, think creatively, and resolve issues before they become problems.
Now, 𝗮𝘀 𝗮 𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗿𝗲𝗽 𝗯𝗿𝗼𝗸𝗲𝗿 𝗮𝘁 𝗦𝗮𝘅𝘂𝗺 𝗪𝗲𝘀𝘁, I bring that same mindset to commercial real estate.
It’s not about pushing space, it’s about understanding people. When someone tells me they need an office, what they mean is:
“𝙒𝙚 𝙣𝙚𝙚𝙙 𝙖 𝙝𝙤𝙢𝙚 𝙗𝙖𝙨𝙚 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙞𝙙𝙚𝙖𝙨, 𝙙𝙚𝙖𝙙𝙡𝙞𝙣𝙚𝙨, 𝙘𝙡𝙞𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙨, 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙘𝙤𝙛𝙛𝙚𝙚 𝙗𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙠𝙨. 𝘼𝙣𝙙 𝙬𝙚 𝙣𝙚𝙚𝙙 𝙞𝙩 𝙨𝙤𝙤𝙣.”

I don’t just lease office space. I help you get the right space at the right price!
