Los Angeles will not โfigure it outโ when the 2028 Olympics arrive. It will be full. Hotels. Production studios. Warehouses. Office space.
If you are planning to set up a temporary headquarters for LA28, the smart move is to choose your location early and choose it strategically.
If I were coming to L.A. for the Olympics, I would not be searching โcheap office space.โ
I would be searching:

ToggleShort term office space near Olympic venues Los Angeles

โข Plug and play workspace with private offices L.A.
โข Temporary headquarters for international companies LA28
โข Flexible warehouse space near Port of Los Angeles
โข Office space near SoFi Stadium and Intuit Dome
Why? Because during a global event, proximity and functionality matter more than dรฉcor.
Here is how I would think about location.
Downtown Los Angeles
If you need to be in the center of it all, look at Los Angeles Downtown, especially around Crypto.com Arena and Los Angeles Convention Center. This is where major events, media, and hospitality traffic will concentrate.
Downtown works well for broadcasters, sponsors hosting events, and international delegations that want visibility. There is a deep inventory of traditional office buildings and flexible workspace options. Parking and traffic will be real considerations, so plan for that in advance.

Inglewood
If your focus is stadium events, you want to be near SoFi Stadium and Intuit Dome. Inglewood has already transformed into a sports and entertainment hub.
This location makes sense for event production teams, sponsors activating around venues, and companies that need daily access to stadium operations. Office supply is tighter here, so many groups will look at flexible offices or short term leases in nearby submarkets.

Santa Monica and the Westside
For media, tech, and creative companies, Santa Monica and the Westside are strong choices. You are close to studios, production companies, and LAX.
You also get a polished environment for hosting clients and executives.
Short term managed offices here are often fully furnished, with IT in place and conference rooms ready to go.
If you are flying executives in and out, proximity to Los Angeles International Airport can save hours each week.

Culver City and Media Corridors
Culver City has become a serious media and content production hub. If your Olympic strategy includes content, digital coverage, or branded storytelling, this area deserves attention.
You will find a mix of creative office buildings and flexible space that can handle writers rooms, editing bays, and short-term production headquarters. For many entertainment focused groups, this is the sweet spot between access and functionality.

South Bay and Industrial Access
If your needs include storage, staging, or logistics, consider the South Bay near the Port of Los Angeles and Long Beach. Industrial space within an hour of the port will be critical for sponsors moving equipment, merchandise, or event materials.
Temporary warehouse space will tighten well before opening ceremony. Companies that wait may end up far inland, adding time and cost.
What Smart Companies Are Doing Now
They are locking in short-term leases with flexibility. They are carving out private sections within managed offices for security and privacy. They are budgeting for parking, security, and insurance. And they are thinking through transportation routes between venues.
Most important, they are not assuming supply will magically appear.
If I were setting up a temporary headquarters for LA28, I would be asking:
How close do we need to be to our primary venue?
Do we need plug and play space or raw space to build out?
Is warehouse or storage part of the plan?
How many people will be on site daily?
How private does this operation need to be?
Los Angeles is a city of neighborhoods. The right answer depends on your mission.

I have spent years helping companies land in the right spot, whether that means 2,000 square feet of furnished office space or 40,000 square feet of industrial near the port.
My job is simple. Protect your time. Protect your budget. And put you in a location that works when the spotlight is on.
If you are planning for 2028 and want a clear picture of what is available, I am happy to walk you through it.

Iโve always been someone who reads the room.
It started in live television, where timing was everything and silence usually meant something was on fire. With years of experience behind the scenes in TV production, I learned how to stay calm, think creatively, and resolve issues before they become problems.
I bring that same mindset to commercial real estate.
Itโs not about pushing space, itโs about understanding people. When someone tells me they need an office, what they mean is:

I don’t just lease office space. I help you get the right space at the right price!
